Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for AI, Cloud, and Engineering roles
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic recruitment consultation
- Optimize recruitment workflows using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives in technical hiring
- Analyze market trends to position candidates and clients competitively
- Mentor junior recruiters and drive team performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with NYC-based companies
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML, DevOps, and full-stack talent
- Proven track record placing candidates with $150k+ compensation
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and recruitment analytics
- Strong technical understanding of modern development stacks
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
