Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps specialists.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and pipeline health using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical stack requirements.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel to client sites in the Twin Cities.
