Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Utilize Boolean search and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) to proactively source passive candidates in the DC metro area.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking events and industry outreach.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT, Engineering, or Administrative roles.
- Deep understanding of the Washington DC government contracting market is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
