Responsibilities
- Source & Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and social platforms to identify and engage passive candidates in technical fields.
- Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique staffing needs and culture fit.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from screening and interviewing to negotiating offers and closing placements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep market research to ensure our candidates are competitively positioned and our clients are aligned with industry standards.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent revenue flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical staffing, executive search, or full-cycle recruiting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Nashville, TN.
