Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineers, Project Managers, and IT Specialists.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social networking tools (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a perfect cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, coordinate scheduling, and provide ongoing feedback to all stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers and close placements efficiently to meet aggressive monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent within the Colorado Springs market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- BS degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
