Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical screenings and interviews.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on salary trends and industry shifts to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development life cycles and common tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Dedication: A self-starter mindset with a strong drive to hit monthly placement targets.
