Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and administrative positions to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking events.
- Conducting thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements.
- Managing the offer process, negotiating compensation, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Providing market feedback and salary benchmarking to clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly placement quotas.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Miami-Dade area.
