Your Role:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full lifecycle of recruitment for our high-profile clients. You won't just fill seats; you will build talent pipelines that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networking.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking to internal stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical staffing, executive search, or corporate recruiting.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions within a set timeframe.
- Deep understanding of the San Francisco Bay Area tech market and salary trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
