Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be the face of Apex Talent Partners. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from market mapping to closing offers, ensuring we meet the critical hiring needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Data Scientists.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events in Florida.
- Screen, interview, and assess technical skills of applicants to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their evolving needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency roles.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and standard ATS tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
