Responsibilities
- Architect Future Pipelines: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates possessing the cutting-edge skills required for our 2026 roadmap, specifically in AI and Cloud Engineering.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced AI-driven sourcing tools and predictive analytics to anticipate talent trends before they peak.
- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate closely with CTOs and Engineering Managers to define hiring needs and refine technical interview processes.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Design and implement a seamless, modern candidate journey that reflects our forward-thinking, high-growth culture.
- DEI Advocacy: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a resilient and innovative workforce for the future.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record in high-growth tech environments.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven ATS).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use data to drive hiring decisions and improve recruitment funnel efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
