Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
  • Utilize Boolean search strategies, social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub), and networking to source passive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
