Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
- Utilize Boolean search strategies, social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub), and networking to source passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, build accurate job descriptions, and set realistic timelines.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Manage a pipeline of candidates and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual placement targets.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical domains.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
