Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals across Denver's tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical roles with 20+ open requisitions
- Develop strategic partnerships with CTOs and hiring managers at Boulder and Denver startups
- Optimize recruitment funnel using Lever, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter with 95% fill rate target
- Lead candidate assessment processes including technical interviews and skills validation
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies and talent pipeline strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing environments
- Proven track record placing software engineers (Python, Java, React, cloud technologies)
- Expertise in Denver's tech market including Boulder startup ecosystem
- Advanced ATS proficiency (Lever/Greenhouse) with data-driven recruitment metrics
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate engineering candidates beyond resume screening
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
