Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from application to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Negotiate compensation packages and ensure a seamless placement process for both client and candidate.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to understand client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within a staffing agency or executive search environment.
- Demonstrated success in filling high-volume and niche technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn).
- Strong network within the Dallas technology and engineering community.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet aggressive weekly and monthly placement quotas.
