Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for specialized technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and Boolean search techniques
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidate progress and compliance
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to ensure competitive positioning
- Drive diversity initiatives and inclusive hiring practices across technical roles
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven contract/hire success
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent for engineering roles
- Proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter tools
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS certification (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) preferred
- Ability to start within 72 hours of offer acceptance
- Local Chicago residency required for in-person onboarding
