Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for technical positions (Software Engineering, IT Support, Data Analysis).
- Conducting comprehensive phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline and database.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and metrics.
- Providing market feedback and salary benchmarking to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong understanding of the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak regional job market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
