Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Infrastructure).
- Source candidates through networking, social media, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire pipeline from job order intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools efficiently to track candidate progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
