Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing) for roles in Software Engineering, IT Support, and Data Analytics.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networking.
- Conduct in-depth technical and cultural interviews to ensure a perfect fit for our clients.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates, maintaining exceptional communication and follow-up.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse/Lever) to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience successfully placing candidates in the IT sector (Java, .NET, Python, React, etc.) within the Baltimore/Washington DC area.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for negotiation.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire to exceed sales quotas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
