Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify, source, and secure top-tier technical talent (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media networking, to build robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build detailed job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve sourcing efficiency and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical stack requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
