Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and product management roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation with 95% fill rate target
- Develop deep expertise in niche tech stacks (React, Python, AWS, ML/AI) to consult with clients
- Leverage data-driven recruitment strategies using our proprietary ATS and CRM platforms
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-vetted tech talent in California's competitive market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Represent agency at exclusive tech networking events and conferences statewide
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in California's tech market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and specialized tech platforms
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented $100K+ placements
- Proficiency in modern ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques
- Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related technical field
