Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified technical candidates for permanent and contract roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent access to high-quality talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure technical proficiency and cultural fit.
- Nurture relationships with clients to understand their evolving hiring needs and provide consultative staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective recruitment marketing strategies.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and placement rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Consultant.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed placement and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
