Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including outreach, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop deep partnerships with 15-20 client companies to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Leverage Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms to identify passive candidates
- Maintain accurate ATS data and provide weekly pipeline reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in technical assessment and candidate evaluation
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity clients
- Expert knowledge of San Diego's tech ecosystem and talent market dynamics
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually in competitive talent markets
- Technical aptitude to evaluate engineering skills and conduct technical screenings
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and executives
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-grade ATS platforms
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
