Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client positions across tech, finance, and creative industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic networking and digital outreach
- Conduct detailed job requirement analysis with corporate clients to ensure precise talent matching
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data
- Develop and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and feedback sessions
- Stay current with San Francisco's job market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with a proven track record in candidate placement
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions to both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco's professional landscape and key industry players
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
