Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles across Illinois
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment funnels and reduce time-to-hire
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for engineering positions
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in the Chicago market
- Proven expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, cloud platforms, and DevOps
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with recruitment analytics and KPI reporting
- Deep network of connections within Illinois tech community
