Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and part-time positions
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand staffing requirements
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment workflows
- Monitor industry trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of New Orleans job market preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional demeanor with client-facing experience
