Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for 15+ technical roles monthly across AI, DevOps, and FinTech
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through advanced sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for mid-to-senior level positions
- Manage client relationships and provide weekly placement reports
- Mentor junior recruiters on ATS optimization and market trends
- Drive diversity initiatives in technical hiring processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with Chicago-based tech companies
- Expertise in sourcing Python, Java, and cloud infrastructure professionals
- Proven track record of 15+ placements quarterly
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean/X-ray sourcing techniques
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering candidates
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or other enterprise ATS
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
