Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for mid-to-senior-level software engineering roles using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical positions across AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and DevOps domains
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise to assess candidate competency in coding challenges and system design scenarios
- Collaborate with clients to define hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment funnels, reducing time-to-fill by 25% through strategic pipeline management
- Mentor junior recruiters while implementing innovative sourcing techniques including GitHub and Stack Overflow outreach
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a proven track record placing engineers at FAANG-scale companies
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent for AI/ML, distributed systems, and Kubernetes-based architectures
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics platforms
- Strong technical literacy including understanding of Python, Java, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience negotiating offers with both candidates and Fortune 500 clients
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP, or CTS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in competitive Bay Area markets
