Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for our diverse client portfolio in the tech sector.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Analyze market trends to recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the San Diego tech market and engineering talent pool (Software, QA, Data, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive weekly sourcing and placement targets.
