Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists)
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ tech clients across Phoenix metro
- Build and nurture passive candidate pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to validate candidate capabilities
- Optimize applicant tracking system workflows and reporting dashboards
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry trends and market dynamics
- Analyze hiring metrics to refine recruitment strategies and improve time-to-fill
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Proven track record placing candidates in Python, Java, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML roles
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and tech stack requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience optimizing recruitment KPIs
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
