Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to provide valuable advice to clients and candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and close candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Data Science) and the ability to assess technical skills.
- ATS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
