  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and culture fit requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews, providing feedback to hiring teams promptly.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise candidates and clients effectively.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source candidates through various channels including social media, networking, and job boards.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
