Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent and screening resumes to interviewing and closing offers.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean strings to find passive candidates in the tech market.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and culture fit requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews, providing feedback to hiring teams promptly.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise candidates and clients effectively.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source candidates through various channels including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
- ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
