Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and UX design roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS systems and data-driven insights
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or enterprise tech clients
- Proven success in closing senior-level technical roles (Director, Principal, Architect)
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience optimizing recruitment KPIs
