Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and qualify technical candidates for roles in software development, data science, and IT infrastructure
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hiring managers and department heads
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on talent availability and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEO guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers and IT professionals
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, React, DevOps) and hiring methodologies
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong data literacy with experience using metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire analysis
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
