Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers to ensure a steady flow of open roles.
- Conduct professional phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate compensation packages and close candidates in a competitive market.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting.
- Drive new business development by identifying target industries and companies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales within the Energy/Engineering sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly placement and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Houston job market and technical skill sets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus.
