  • Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates through LinkedIn, tech meetups, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly placement targets.
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients to ensure competitive offers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
  • Demonstrated success in placing candidates in Software Development, IT Support, or related technical fields.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
  • Strong understanding of full-lifecycle recruiting methodologies and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
