Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Engineering, Data, IT) using a mix of direct sourcing and networking strategies.
- Manage the entire candidate pipeline from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates through LinkedIn, tech meetups, and industry events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in Software Development, IT Support, or related technical fields.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of full-lifecycle recruiting methodologies and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
