Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical talent across Tampa's booming tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop deep partnerships with 20+ high-growth Tampa startups and Fortune 500 tech offices
- Optimize recruitment strategies using Lever, Greenhouse, and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including virtual tech meetups and LinkedIn campaigns
- Maintain 95% placement success rate for specialized technical positions
- Mentor junior recruiters while managing a portfolio of 40+ active job requisitions
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with Tampa Bay tech companies
- Expert knowledge of Tampa's tech talent landscape and local tech events
- Proven track record placing candidates in Python, Java, DevOps, and cloud architecture roles
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search techniques and GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong network within Tampa's tech communities (Tampa Bay Tech, Startup Grind)
- Ability to travel to downtown Tampa offices 2x weekly
