Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place specialized tech talent across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Develop deep partnerships with Seattle's leading tech companies to understand hiring needs
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean search, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain robust CRM systems to track talent pipelines and hiring metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns targeting passive candidates
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placements in Seattle's tech sector
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent across Python, Java, cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of technical interview processes and assessment methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
