Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Leverage Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms to identify passive candidates
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and industry events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize candidate experience
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements to hiring processes
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find technical talent across North Carolina's tech ecosystem
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong understanding of technical skills assessments and interview methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Deep network connections within North Carolina's tech community
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
