Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and data science roles
- Develop deep expertise in specialized tech stacks (Python, AWS, ML/AI)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 15-20 key accounts
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or tech company
- Proven track record placing software engineers, DevOps, or data professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates' technical skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar recruitment platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
