Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place specialized technical candidates across software development, data engineering, and IT infrastructure roles
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and organizational culture
- Design and execute targeted recruitment strategies leveraging niche job boards, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights and talent pipeline recommendations
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEOC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 3+ years technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in software development, cloud computing, or cybersecurity roles
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and modern sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical requirements to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technical recruiting (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
- Deep understanding of Milwaukee's tech ecosystem and startup landscape
