Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for software engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for high-demand tech specialties
- Maintain accurate CRM data and recruitment analytics dashboards
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/Python ecosystems and cloud technologies
- Proven track record placing senior-level engineers (Mid to Principal)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Strong technical assessment capabilities
- Experience with remote/hybrid recruitment workflows
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
