Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across Illinois using advanced sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted outreach and networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and build strategic hiring plans
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and quality
- Represent the agency at industry events and tech meetups to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Illinois market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies, etc.)
- Certified in recruitment technologies (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with 90%+ offer acceptance rate
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience
