Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit
- Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and optimize hiring processes
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics for data-driven decisions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance with EEOC regulations
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-find tech talent across diverse tech stacks
- Exceptional interview skills with ability to evaluate technical competencies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Dallas tech market and local talent landscape
- Certification in technical recruiting (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
