Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles across California
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to validate candidate capabilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and market positioning
- Analyze market trends and competitor compensation to provide strategic insights
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication and exceptional experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in CA tech market
- Expert knowledge of developer tools, frameworks, and programming languages
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Strong network of technical professionals across California's tech hubs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Metrics-driven approach with experience optimizing recruitment KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Technical certification (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) strongly preferred
