Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for Python, Java, and DevOps roles at top Austin tech firms
- Leverage Boolean sourcing to identify passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and Stack Overflow
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ high-growth startups and established tech companies
- Execute data-driven recruitment campaigns using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing our 90-day candidate conversion funnel
- Present quarterly market insights to clients on Austin's tech talent trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or startup clients
- Proven track record of closing 20+ engineering roles quarterly
- Expertise in ATS implementation (Greenhouse/Lever preferred)
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent certification
- Deep Austin tech network with connections to major employers
- Advanced Excel/SQL skills for recruitment analytics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
