Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate competencies
- Optimize recruitment strategies using data-driven insights and ATS analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted sourcing campaigns
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with staffing agency or tech company
- Expert knowledge of tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, cloud technologies)
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive markets
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with 90%+ fill rate
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
