Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
- Source passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent for our client portfolio.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire, to optimize our recruitment funnel.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT, Engineering, or Professional Services roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Local to Kansas City, MO is preferred.
