Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-stakes technical roles with 15+ open requisitions
- Develop innovative talent pipelines using Boolean search, GitHub sourcing, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with CTOs and hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to build inclusive engineering teams
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in DC's competitive market
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent across JavaScript, Python, AWS, and Kubernetes stacks
- Deep understanding of government compliance requirements (FISMA, NIST) and security clearances
- Track record of closing 20+ technical placements annually with $500K+ annual commission
- Strong network within DC's tech ecosystem (meetups, conferences, LinkedIn groups)
- Advanced ATS proficiency with data-driven recruitment analytics experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent industry certification
