Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place highly qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
- Build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech startups and established enterprises in the Pacific Northwest
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including technical interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to refine recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows using data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering or IT roles
- Proven track record of closing 30+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities
- Strong technical acumen to assess candidates for roles in cloud, AI, and DevOps
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment cycles for scale-up companies
