Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and candidate evaluations
- Manage end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Silicon Valley
- Deep understanding of tech stacks, methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and hiring trends
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and advanced candidate engagement techniques
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical requirements and assess candidate fit
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders
- Certification in recruitment (CPSM, CTS, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in recruitment analytics tools and CRM platforms
