- Conduct deep technical evaluations and collaborate with hiring managers to assess competency alignment
- Develop innovative employer branding campaigns to attract top-tier engineering talent
- Maintain and optimize an ATS pipeline with 95% data accuracy and 48-hour response standards
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to advise clients on competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing senior software engineers
- Expertise in sourcing for specialized tech stacks (Python, Kubernetes, ML frameworks)
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to evaluate code quality and system architecture
- Track record of closing 15+ high-impact placements quarterly
- Advanced knowledge of Bay Area tech market dynamics and compensation structures
- Proficiency in Lever, Greenhouse, or modern ATS platforms
